About
In her role as Assistant Vice President of Leasing, Giannina Brancato works alongside Executive Vice President Jonathan Tootell to drive leasing initiatives and maximize occupancy across L&L Holding’s eight million-square-foot diversified portfolio of existing assets and ongoing development projects in New York City. Since joining L&L in November 2021, Giannina has consistently expanded her capabilities and responsibilities. She started as Assistant Property Manager at L&L’s 850,000-square-foot, redeveloped office tower, 390 Madison, where she focused on managing tenant relations, budgeting and operations. She quickly grew her role to encompass Portfolio Tenant Coordinator focusing on tenant happiness across L&L’s portfolio. She began her career at SL Green, where she served as a portfolio administrator overseeing 12 buildings. Giannina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Maryland, College Park and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Development at NYU.
