George represents companies in the selection and negotiation of sale and lease transactions. George has hands-on experience in the marketing of over 16,700,000 square feet, comprised of over 400 projects of office, industrial retail technical facilities and land in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. George started his career in commercial real estate in June 1995. He successfully closed over 1,350 transactions for more than $700 million in transaction value in the Dallas area. Repeat business and referrals are a by product of the results George delivers to his clients. His in depth market knowledge, attention to detail, and persistence are key factors in each transaction. George and his wife, Julie, live in Plano with their three children, Ally, Lauren, and Andrew. In his free time, George enjoys photography and is involved in his children's activities.
