George Pallis started working for Berkadia Real Estate Advisors in 2018 and became an Associate Director in the Seattle office in 2019. Prior to joining Berkadia, George attended Santa Clara University where he studied Economics and Real Estate Finance.George now plays an integral roll assisting Kenny Dudunakis, Ben Johnson, and David Sorensen on the acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily assets across the Seattle MSA while furthering the team’s reach to different submarkets around the State. Growing up on the Eastside, George draws on his years of networking and overall knowledge of the greater Seattle area to build meaningful relationships and provide successful opportunities for his clients.
