George Montes currently serves as a Commercial Brokerage Associate for Cypressbrook Company, where he is responsible for generating new commercial real estate opportunities such as tenant and land lord representation for office and industrial leasing. Prior to joining the Cypressbrook team, George worked for First American Oil Company Inc., based in Houston, where he was hired to find the company’s first office space and corporate Headquarters. His responsibilities eventual grew to include management of the accounting department and assist with plans to raise capital for various business strategies. Before his tenure in the oil industry George spent 5 years with Wachovia bank, which later became Wells Fargo. George earned his investment and insurance licenses and specialized in small business banking with an emphasis on real estate investors and developers.
