George H. Mitsanas, a Principal of Gantry, is a founder of Gantry’s Southern California operations. Previously, George was a Senior Vice President and Loan Officer with Churchill Mortgage Corporation for fifteen years; a C.P.A. at Deloitte & Touché; and licensed real estate broker. He received his BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California and completed graduate work at the University of California, Los Angeles. George has arranged well over $10BB in income property investments which include fixed and floating rate debt, joint ventures, mezzanine debt, participating debt, forward loan commitments, construction loans, institutional sales, and loans which convert from secured to unsecured obligations.
