He has represented numerous institutional clients, financial institutions, and private investment groups in the disposition of retail assets ranging from regional malls and community centers to large portfolios to each transaction, George brings a strong understanding of both the capital markets and the retail property markets. In 1997, Mr. Good co-founded the National Retail Partners—Midwest. Since its formation, the National Retail Partners—Midwest team has completed over 1,045 transactions containing over 150 million square feet and valued in excess of $15.4 billion. Mr. Good also played an integral role in establishing CBRE’s National Retail Partners.
