George Coffenberg has been in the real estate business since 1987 after graduating from Monmouth University with a BS in Financial Services. His family started the original real estate company in 1978 which evolved into several different real estate companies before becoming Preferred Properties Real Estate. George is a licensed NJ Real Estate Instructor and has managed and owed real estate companies in the area since 1999. He has obtained the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award numerous times. George has been a resident of Monmouth County for 6 decades.
