Geoff is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Virginia Beach Industrial Group. He is focused on marketing, leasing and selling industrial properties throughout Southside Hampton Roads. He markets multiple Southside industrial properties, including manufacturing and distribution facilities, as well as industrial land. He also represents local and national tenants to procure ideal locations within the Hampton Roads region. Geoff works on a consulting basis with companies like Colony Tire Corporation and Motley’s Auction & Realty Group. In 2010, Geoff successfully completed the HRACRE Internship Program and is now actively seeking his CCIM designation.
