For over thirty years, my career in real estate has been distinguished by my client referral business. This is because my focus is always the well-being of my clients, my diligent and thoughtful work in finding the right property to meet their expectations or showing their home to its ultimate advantage, negotiating the purchase or sale they desire and working until the escrow is closed. To me, a successful real estate transaction always depends on the satisfaction of my clients.
My family’s company, Pritchett Realty Corporation, which was opened in Malibu by my father in 1962, merged with Jim Rapf & Associates to form Pritchett-Rapf Realtors in 1995. Our company slogan is “It’s different here.”
I continue to live in and love Malibu and have raised two children here, so I have enjoyed another one of Malibu’s many aspects, the family oriented environment our community has to offer.
