Gavin focuses on representing landlords in leasing and repositioning regional power, grocery-anchored, and neighborhood shopping centers in Central Florida. He previously worked at Channel Partners Development in Detroit, Cushman and Wakefield, and Katz & Associates in Charlotte, and lead The Shopping Center Group’s leasing teams in Raleigh and Orlando. He has over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate and has implemented and executed strategic leasing plans for clients including DDR, Kimco Realty, WP Glimcher, Archon, and Seritage Growth Properties among others.
Gavin is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he studied Finance and Real Estate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute where he continually participates in Executive Learning Programs.
