Gary brings thirty years of experience in real estate brokerage, having begun his career in 1986 and to date sold over 1.25 billion dollars of Orange County Apartments. Prior to founding Triqor, Gary worked as a senior broker and top producer at two large, national investment real estate firms. It was several years into the business that he recognized a trend within the industry. While large, national firms employed a standard brokerage platform throughout the country, it was evident that Southern California required an individualized approach, tailored to the specific needs and climate of the local market. Gary envisioned the formation of a smaller, highly professional firm that would cater to the unique real estate conditions of Southern California.
