Prior to Stream, Gary served as a Managing Director at JLL. He joined the company in 2008 through the merger of The Staubach Company. He has managed more than 800 lease and capital transactions in excess of 10 million square feet. His tenant focused services include strategic planning, site selection, contract negotiation, construction management, and incentive consulting.
