Mr. Neustrom is a Director with Kenai Capital Advisors on the Investment Sales team. He has more than 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development, and commercial construction. Garrett drives transactions through strategic planning, market expertise, and detailed financial analysis. Prior to joining Kenai Capital Advisors, Garrett worked with the Industrial Services Group of Savills an international commercial real estate service provider specializing in Tenant Representation. While there, he focused on global transaction management, business development, and lease administration. Before his career in brokerage, Garrett worked in the commercial construction industry for GH Phipps a local general contractor and Turner Construction a global leader in the industry. He assisted in the management of over $20 million in municipal projects for the Cherry Creek School District, Jefferson County, and the University of Colorado Boulder. Garrett received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University Colorado at Boulder and Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver.
