Joining Avison Young in 2017 as a Principal in the downtown Chicago office, Mr. Ishler brings 30 years of commercial real estate experience including more than 22 million square feet of office leasing representation in the Chicago suburbs. Prior to joining Avison Young, Fred spent time at Transwestern as an executive vice president with the agency leasing group in addition to serving as a senior vice president for CB Richard Ellis, a senior managing director at Insignia/ESG, and a tenant representative broker at Studley. At each firm, he was annually ranked among the Midwest’s top leasing professionals. While at Transwestern, Fred co-led the Midwest leasing team which was responsible for a 3.5-million square-foot suburban Chicago office building portfolio. Together, he and his team finalized more than 125 lease transactions in 2015 and 2016. Fred has also provided market analysis for more than 4 million square feet of sales transactions.
