Frank Roti is an office and single tenant net lease specialist in the firm's Chicago office. As a First Vice President of Investments, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the country. Frank Roti, who joined Marcus&Millichap in 2005, has closed numerous investment real estate transactions valued at over $480 million during his career. Recent sales have included multiple transactions of national anchored retail centers, Medical-Surgical centers, Dialysis centers (Fresenius, DaVita, ARA), and GSA centers throughout the country. He has also successfully closed a number of multi-tenant office and industrial buildings in the Chicago area and the Midwest. Frank and his partner, Brett Rodgers, have concentrated on the National markets of the Healthcare and GSA sectors since 2010. They have found these assets to be extremely desirable and stable over time for investors due to the tenant's strong credit, growth, and high lease renewal rates.
