Francine Tomas was born and raised in the big sky state of New Mexico. A graduate from the University of New Mexico's Anderson School of Management, Francine and her husband expatriated to Latin America where she perfected her Spanish at the Cuauhnahuac Language and Culture Institute's total immersion program in Cuernavaca, Mexico. The Tomas family settled in Miami in 1998 and since then, Francine has dedicated her life to family and real estate (2005), where she now excels as a Residential Luxury Property and Relocation Specialist.
