Forest W. Bender is a Vice President of Investments based out of the Indianapolis office of Marcus & Millichap. Forest specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and 1031 exchange of investment grade Office and Industrial properties throughout the Midwest. Mr. Bender joined the office in July of 2013 and is an Associate Director of the National Office and Industrial Property Group. Forest spends a great amount of his time working with clients in the Indianapolis and Greenwood markets as well as Rockford, St. Louis, Dayton, OH and Columbus, OH. Forest's wide expertise in the Midwest allows him a unique skillset to help maximize his client's returns in Office and Industrial Investment Properties. In his short time at Marcus & Millichap, Forest has closed 68 deals totaling just over $207,000,000. Forest holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University where he studied Philosophy, Property Management, and Professional Sales.
