Since 2019, Finley has personally led the execution of transactions involving over 150 properties and 3,500 apartment units for an excess of $200 million. His experience in the industry and familiarity with Chicago will be assets to both Matthews™ and his clients. Prior to joining Matthews™, Finley worked at a national brokerage firm where he consistently ranked as one of the top brokers. Finley previously worked at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services group where he assisted Fortune 500 companies in multibillion-dollar international acquisitions.
