Mr. Marin has worked in real estate and finance since 2006, and has nationwide experience across multiple property types and asset classes.
Prior to joining BlueGate Partners, he was a consultant at PwC, where he advised some of the world’s largest private and public commercial real estate owners and operators on a wide range of engagements. Prior to joining PwC, he worked for New York Life Real Estate Investment Management; there, he was responsible for acquisition analyses and asset management duties on retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties. Mr. Marin was also a member of the Portfolio Management team at Brixmor Property Group, where he focused on the REIT’s $9.4 billion public to private acquisition by the Blackstone Group. He has also worked on commercial real estate deals at a national bank.
