With over 12 years of commercial brokerage experience, Evelyn represents tenants and user/owners in their real estate decisions to either lease or purchase office and industrial buildings. She also represents a nationally branded, retail automotive corporate client for their raw land acquisitions in a five state area that includes Texas.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Evelyn joined Transwestern in November of 2010 and assisted in all facets of office leasing, with specific focus on Landlord representation, until December 2014. She worked in the Greenspoint, CBD and Northwest markets. During her tenure in Landlord representation, Evelyn completed in excess of 1.75 million square feet. She has also closed over $30 million in land transactions. Prior to working at Transwestern, Evelyn worked in Georgetown side-by-side with a 30-year veteran in commercial real estate.
