Evan Mouhalis serves as Managing Partner at Mouhalis Capital Management. In this role, Evan oversees acquisitions and dispositions, business development, and oversees finance/capital markets. Evan previously worked for Starwood Capital Group (~$60B AUM global RE PE firm). He was dedicated to Starwoods publicly traded mortgage REIT, Starwood Property Trust (STWD) as part of the CRE Capital Markets, Trading, and Syndications group. Prior to STWD, Evan worked for LNR Partners (a subsidiary of STWD) in their Loan Asset Management group as an Asset Manager. Prior to LNR, Evan worked in various finance roles at GL Homes/GL Commercial, one of Florida's largest residential and commercial developers. Evan earned his BS in Finance from Florida State University and his MBA from University of Florida.
