As an Industrial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, I aided Managing Directors in the analysis and management of industrial land and tenant representation. I prepare offering memorandums to pitch portfolios to investors, analyze the rapidly changing Colorado submarkets to predict future opportunities for industrial development, and build and analyze ARGUS financial models of industrial properties and portfolios. I also support in the management of the due diligence process of transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. I am a Finance and Real Estate graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder, with a minor in Global Business. I have also studied International Business at Universidad Nebrija in Spain, where I gained exposure to different cultures and markets. I have a strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills, which I have applied in various retail and hospitality roles. I am passionate about commercial real estate and eager to learn from experienced professionals in the industry.
