Evan Hammer is a Vice President for Whitebox Real Estate. He strives to provide unmatched attention and flexibility to his client’s unique property needs.
Evan is an expert in tenant lease negotiations, site selection, property acquisitions and dispositions. He’s a CCIM Designee, an Associate member of SIOR, member of the CCIM North Texas, Society of Commercial REALTORS, and he graduated from TCU with a major in entrepreneurial management and a minor in finance, where he is a member of the Young Professional Council for the TCU Center for Real Estate. He is also a DCEO Power Broker for 2018 and 2019.
In his free time, Evan likes to go fly-fishing & watch basketball. He loves traveling and going on adventures with his wife and dog.
