Evan Altemus joined Stan Johnson Company in 2020 as an Associate Director in the Dallas office. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail and office properties in Texas and throughout the United States. Altemus has been able to help investors achieve success across different Texas markets, even in areas where they have not previously invested, to help meet their financial goals.
Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Altemus worked as Assistant Vice President Real Estate Investment Sales at Weitzman. In this role, he focused on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties in Texas. He also worked as an Associate with Marcus & Millichap, where he worked with retail real estate investors in the greater Houston market and was the 2016 Rookie of the Year in the Houston office.
Before starting his career in commercial real estate, Altemus served in various positions as an officer with the United States Navy through three tours including oil platform defense, anti-piracy operations, and joint exercises with foreign militaries.
