About
Ethan joined Ripco Real Estate in June of 2018 and drives retail brokerage solutions for landlords and retailers on a national platform while maintaining a focus on the Manhattan market. Prior to joining Ripco, Ethan worked directly with Gene Spiegelman, then Vice Chairman of Retail Services North America at Cushman & Wakefield and now Vice Chairman and Principal at Ripco. In his former role, Ethan assisted in the renewal of AMC Loews’ 31,506-SF theater at 890 Broadway. He also facilitated the multi-unit, Manhattan rollout of FitHouse, a boutique fitness brand, and assisted in the relocation of Dylan’s Candy Bar to 663 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Preceding his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Ethan worked at Newmark Knight Frank, where he was invited to the firm’s annual Rising Stars: National Young Leaders retreat. Ethan received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Michigan and studied at l’Université Paris-Sorbonne IV.
