My most loyal clients are the ones who faced challenging markets. I guide clients through tough transactions by being a relentless problem-solver and a tireless cheerleader. For our agents at Avenues Real Estate, I am their backup power generator. I lead by example: I don't settle for good enough and I don't back away from problems. I was an investment banker when my husband founded a real estate brokerage in Manhattan. Soon I realized that he and I had something else in common: we shared a passion in building a company that we would be proud of. I dove headfirst into real estate in 2011, and never looked back (except to leverage my financial analysis experience for real estate investments). I was born in St. Petersburg Russia, and moved to Israel with my family at a young age, growing up in Efrat Israel. I earned a BS in Astrophysics from Columbia University. Since then I have been living on the Upper East Side, for 16 years and counting. I am a mom of 3 girls, Roni, Maya and Ori, who attend Ramaz School and Camp Ramah. I take pride in being an active member of the Jewish community in the Upper East. My husband and I are members of KJ and Chabad Israel and Safra Center.
