Specializing in tenant representation, she has combined lease transactions exceeding $100 million. Ms. Bukai has completed over 75 leases for national drugstore chains in the New York City area alone, and has extensive experience in tenant expansion and roll-outs. Ms. Bukai’s emphasis on marketing analysis, research, and location intelligence has allowed her to navigate both tenant- and agency-side retail lease negotiation. With years of personal involvement in construction and development herself, Ms. Bukai is able to help tenants and owners maximize their space and retail capabilities with a combination of marketing strategy and build-out consultation. Ms. Bukai has represented retailers including but not limited to TJX Companies, Aldi, Dollar Tree Stores, Autozone, CVS, Walgreen’s, and Rite Aid. On the agency side, Ms. Bukai has worked with Related Companies, Vornado, EquityOne, Acadia, and Forest City, to name a few.
