Erin Mandel Ruttenberg loves real estate. Born into a family of developers from Milwaukee, WI, she has grown up in the business. Real estate is more than a career choice, but rather a true passion. Over the last two decades, Erin has certainly made her mark in Chicago. Erin joined @properties in August, 2010 after a successful six year career with The Belgravia Group. While with the Belgravia Group, Erin sold over $85 Million of new and rehab construction at an average purchase price of $300,000, totaling to over 280 personal real estate transactions.
