Erin Grace is a Managing Director with JLL’s retail brokerage practice in New York. Her areas of expertise are in tenant representation, site selection and disposition, urban and suburban project leasing and investment sales. Ms. Grace spearheads retail brokerage initiatives in New York and develops and implements profitable and creative real estate solutions that benefit our clients. Drawing upon her robust retail experience, strong market knowledge, and wealth of retailer and investor relationships, Ms. Grace offers clients the retail expertise, innovation and results-driven services needed to help them succeed. Ms. Grace has extensive experience in retail brokerage, both as a tenant and landlord representative. Ms. Grace is currently involved in overseeing approximately 350,000 square feet of landlord leasing assignments in Manhattan and the boroughs of New York City. She brings her diverse experience selling a wide array of assets ranging from office buildings and net-leased single-tenant retail to shopping centers, vacant buildings, landmark buildings and urban multi-tenant mixed-use projects.
