Mr. Weston previously worked for a Commercial Real Estate broker in Jersey City on the Sale and Leasing of Commercial property. Having developed relationships with Commercial lenders, Mr. Weston worked on the disposition of Commercial/ Industrial REO properties.
Prior to entering Commercial Real Estate, Eric had spent 22 years in the Telecommunications industry. While with Bell Atlantic he served within the disciplines of Product Management with the introduction of new Custom Calling Services, Regulatory with tariff filings with the Board of Public Utilities and Real Estate handling the Lease/ License negotiations, billing/ cost reduction initiatives, construction, property management and environmental issues for Bell Atlantic Leased facilities and equipment easements. With Cellular One/ AT&T Wireless he worked within the System Implementation organization on the identification, leasing, approvals process and deployment of prospective cellular telephone sites.
