Eric specializes in representing landlords in the leasing of office space across Cleveland, Akron and Toledo markets. In addition, his work includes office tenant representation throughout the region. He has an extensive background in financial analysis, leveraged lease negotiations and growing client relationships. Prior to joining CBRE, Eric began his brokerage career at JLL where he immersed himself in agency and tenant representation, leading his unparalleled market expertise and approach to client service. He began his commercial real estate career as a Transaction Manager with a local ownership group, where he oversaw the company’s leasing and transactions across a national portfolio. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a dual major in finance and business pre-law from Ohio University.
