Eric joined SRS in 2021 as a senior analyst in the Austin office as part of the Investment Properties Group. He supports the IPG Texas team with financial analysis, modeling, and project evaluation.
EXPERIENCE
Previously with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, Eric transitioned into industrial real estate sales after moving to Austin from Houston. There, he represented sellers, underwrote for the majority of sales pitches, and generated multiple listings in his first six months. Prior to his introduction to commercial real estate, he was a cash trader at K2 Commodities, preceded by roles in operations and cash trading with Eco-Energy and Constellation Energy.
