About

Eric began his commercial real estate career at TerraCRG in 2013 with an initial focus in finance working for the Debt Financing Division. It was there, that Eric learned first hand the processes of commercial mortgage origination for acquisition, refinancing, development, and redevelopment of commercial real estate financing. A few short months later, Eric transitioned into the sales division and through his passion for the work, quickly advanced to a Senior Associate position. Eric is focused on multifamily and mixed-use assets in Bed-Stuy and Bushwick and is responsible for over 100 commercial property transactions since 2013. His expertise includes negotiation, evaluations, underwriting, sales, and real property.
