Have been directly involved in the placement of more than $6B of equity and debt encompassing over 50,000 residential units and 16 million square feet of commercial space. Particular emphasis on structured finance transactions involving multiple tranches of capital for development, bridge and portfolio acquisitions. Experienced with development financing for both horizontal and vertical developments, involving single and multi-phase developments. Have financed a wide variety of property types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, condo and condo-hotel development, condo conversion, large tract mixed-use development, hotel, RV parks, golf and timeshare/fractional.
