His extensive understanding of the self-storage industry, investment real estate, and business management has enabled him to consistently add value to clients. Focused on properties throughout the Southeast, Eric draws local market knowledge from extensive travel and life experience. He was born in Georgia, and is familiar with the southeast region from top to bottom having lived in Tennessee, Central Florida, and North Florida before returning home to Atlanta. Eric graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Real Estate as well as Business Management and holds real estate licenses in Georgia and Florida.
