I am a Commercial Real Estate (“CRE”) Finance Professional with an 18-year work history across market cycles. Throughout my career, I have facilitated the origination of more than $2.5B in new CRE loans. My background as an Underwriter, Portfolio Manager, and Relationship Manager allows me to structure an appropriate loan type given the bank’s risk appetite, as well as effectively communicate and execute that structure. I am experienced in the following loan types: Construction Lending, Interim/Bridge Lending, Permanent Finance, Lines of Credit, and Institutional Fund/REIT Facilities. I have extensive experience with multifamily, industrial, office, retail, manufactured housing, and self-storage property types. Through KeyBank’s platform, I am able to offer financing options both on-balance sheet as well as off-balance sheet. Off-balance sheet options include Fannie, Freddie, FHA/HUD, CMBS, CTL, and Life Company Placement. KeyBank retains loan servicing on its Agency and CMBS loan originations enabling clients to reach out directly post-closing for assistance.
