Prior to Mercury, Eric was the Vice President of Maverick Commercial Properties (“Maverick CP”). Mr. Gleitman’s focus is on real estate transactions throughout the capital stack across all asset classes.

Eric began his career on the Investment Banking Team at Casimir Capital. At Casimir, Eric was focused on equity transactions for natural resource companies globally. With a diverse group of institutional clients, Eric joined the Capital Markets Group at Avison Young, where he arranged both debt and equity financing for real estate owners around the country.

Eric earned his Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Finance from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University in New York.”
