Eric is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and a resident of Colorado for 30 years. As a Broker Associate for Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty, he has sold over $400 million worth of Roaring Fork Real Estate. Eric has a reputation for diligence, responsibility, and responsiveness to his clients’ needs. Eric has in-depth knowledge and expertise in local Land Use and Development issues. He has been a member and chairperson for the City of Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission, Commercial Core and Lodging Commission, and the Infill Advisory Group; as well as serving as the Government Affairs Director for the Aspen Board of Realtors. A former alpine ski racer, Eric has been a volunteer coach for the Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club. He is an active skier, biker, and “participant in all things outdoors”!
