Emily Marquardt joined Avison Young in November 2022 as Vice President to focus on Agency Leasing in the firm’s Downtown Chicago office. Her emphasis and expertise centers on the design, leasing, marketing, and positioning of assets for both entrepreneurial and institutional investors in Downtown Chicago. Throughout her career, Emily has completed over 300 lease transactions totaling more than 2.2 million square feet with tenants ranging from private and small cap to publicly traded and Fortune 500 companies. Feature deals include USG Corporation, Bond Collective, TransUnion, Humana, and W.W. Grainger. She has successfully executed many notable assignments, including the Civic Opera Building, 550 W Adams, 1 S Wacker, 444 N Michigan, 303 E Wacker and Accenture Tower (formally Citigroup Center) among many others. Her past clients include top developers and investors in the Chicago office landscape including 601w Companies, Macquarie (formally GLL Real Estate Partners), Beacon Capital Partners, Mehlon Properties, Third Millennium Group and GE Asset Management.
