As part of CBREs Agency Leasing team in Miami, Emily Brais works alongside Eric Groffman, Cameron Tallon, Joshua Gibbons and Randy Carballo. In this role, she specializes in office investor representation for a portfolio of over 5 million square feet in South Florida. Ms. Brais primary focus consist of advising clients through all aspects of a lease transaction and provides marketing strategies that competitively position her teams assets. Additionally, she is responsible for collaborating with team members to ensure they are providing their clients with the highest degree of expertise. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Brais worked at JLL and Avison Young. To date, she has been involved in more than 5.5 square feet of lease and sale transactions. As an active participant within the South Florida business community, she is involved with The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and is a Leadership Miami XLI graduate.
