Elliot Beyda is a Director at Tri State Commercial Realty. Prior to his start at Tri-State, Elliot headed the Retail Leasing Division at BH Realty, where he worked for two years through the Covid-19 Pandemic. His experience working exclusively with a single Landlord allowed him to see the Real Estate Business through the eyes of the Landlord. Elliot did everything from negotiating leases, to construction management. That experience gave him the tools he needed to take the next step at a larger firm. Elliot grew up in Brooklyn, New York, attending Brooklyn College after a year abroad in Israel. In his spare time, Elliot loves to play sports, read books, and hang out with family and friends.
