A native of La Jolla, CA, Elke graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Economics and a double minor in Marketing and Communications - a harmonious blend of both quantitative and personal skills which she brings to her real estate profession. Both during and after college, Elke worked for commercial real estate developers in Miami and in Private Equity on the acquisitions side. She supported deal execution for a $1B AUM fund by conducting due diligence for commercial real estate acquisitions through research, analysis of comps, and modeling on Microsoft Excel.
