Liz Arnold joined the Chicago CBRE Capital Markets team in 2011 and has worked in the commercial real estate industry for eighteen years. She works with both private and institutional clients across an array of product types and has closed deals with various lenders including banks, life insurance companies, debt funds, conduits and the agencies. Critical in her role is maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, investors, and lenders along with underwriting, structuring and closing the team’s debt and equity transactions. On behalf of her clients, she has assisted in raising over $6.5 billion for office, multifamily, industrial and retail properties nationwide. Prior to joining CBRE, Liz worked at Bank of America in various capacities in the Commercial Real Estate Group. She spent over two years in the Special Assets Group managing a large portfolio of distressed real estate loans. Before working in the Special Assets Group, she was part of the real estate loan originations team underwriting and closing new transactions.
