About

Mr. Finkel joined Meridian in 2014 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail in locations across the country, with a strong focus on construction, repositioning, and transitional asset transactions. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Finkel worked as an Asset Manager at a private real estate company where he oversaw the accounting and budgeting for a portfolio of over 10,000 units. Earlier, Mr. Finkel was also an Associate at PWC in the audit department. Over the course of his career, Mr. Finkel has negotiated more than several billion dollars in financing, covering all asset types across the United States. Mr. Finkel holds an Master of Science in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
