About

Mr. Setton is a Vice President at Meridian Investment Sales, where he focuses on the sale of multifamily and mixed-use assets in Brooklyn alongside Adam Hess. His primary concentration is in the prime Brooklyn neighborhoods of Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Gowanus, and Sunset Park. Mr. Setton conducts property evaluations and is a major contributor to his team’s marketing efforts. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Setton worked for Sterling National Bank in the Residential Mortgage Division, where his primary responsibility was originating loans for homebuyers. Mr. Setton graduated from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College with a Bachelor of Science in Investment Real Estate. He is an avid sports fan, and in his spare time enjoys playing and watching football and basketball. Mr. Setton is on the board of The Stella Liniado Rainbow Foundation, which raises awareness and provides research and testing for bone marrow cancer. Every summer, he manages a sports fundraising tournament that has over 1,000 attendees. All proceeds are donated to the foundation.
