About
Eduardo started his Real Estate career in 2012 and currently serves as President and Asset/Property Manager for Gildenson Real Estate and also as a Manager and Advisor for out-of-state ownership, supervising various types of assets across different states in the US. As part of his day to day responsibilities, he is in charge of managing operations and leasing of 400,000 square feet of class-A office space in Dallas. Mr. Gildenson has been responsible for the general supervision of various multi-million-dollar office renovation projects and has personally negotiated leases in excess of 500,000 square feet. Prior to joining Bradford, he worked for Procter & Gamble and J.C. Penney Company in the supply chain and logistics divisions. In 2018, Eduardo identified a need for a different approach to traditional Real Estate Brokerage and decided to create Gildenson Real Estate to solve that need. Since then, Mr. Gildenson has represented a variety of Sellers, Buyers, Tenants and Landlords, in both Commercial and Residential transactions.
