Eddie Keda focuses on commercial leasing across Brooklyn and has closed over 300 deals since 2019. He was named one of Commercial Observer’s Top Young Professionals and is recognized for taking on challenging properties—revitalizing underperforming buildings and turning slow blocks into active, fully leased spaces. Eddie specializes in lease-up strategy, with a portfolio highlighted by 295 Front Street, a fully vacant 75,000 SF office building, where he secured large-scale leases with tenants such as K9 Resorts, Ember Charter School, and Tarlow Events. He performed similarly at other underserved properties, including 160 Van Brunt Street, where he placed Walker Kitchens and Velto Pickleball, and 1029 Fulton Street, where he placed Wonder NYC and IM=X Pilates.
