Eddie Greenhalgh began his real estate career in 2004 and opened the Birmingham office of Marcus & Millichap in early 2007, where he is currently first vice president of investments and senior director of the National Self-Storage Group. He is the president of the Alabama Self Storage Association, Marcus & Millichap's broker of record for Alabama and senior member of the Alabama Commercial Real Estate Leadership Council.
Eddie is ranked in the top five nationally within Marcus & Millichap’s National Self-Storage Group, #1 in the state of Alabama and consistently ranked in the top three in the Southeastern region for all product types. Eddie has successfully closed over $550 million in investment real estate.
He is a member of the CCIM, past president of the Freshwater Land Trust JB and and supporter of Big Brothers/Big Sisters. In his free time, he enjoys sailing, snowboarding, croquet and spending time with his family.
