With over 25 years of experience, Ed Bane is a leading broker in the Houston area. Ed and his business partner, Jon Michael, co- founded Bridge Commercial Real Estate in 2015. He specializes in the leasing and selling of single and multi-tenant properties. In addition, he has significant expertise in real estate economics and development, tenant representation, and location intelligence.
Before founding Bridge Commercial Real Estate, Ed served as the Senior Vice President of NAI Partners and was a partner at Holt Lunsford Commercial for fifteen years. He is a member of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Ed has leased over 25 million square feet with a total leasehold value of $415 million, has been directly involved in over $325 million in acquisitions and has completed three successful industrial developments.
