At TMG, Dylan specializes in transactions. He takes a client-focused, detail-oriented approach to serve his clients by identifying value-add opportunities and applying strategic contract negotiation, bridging the gap between sellers and buyers. He strives to add value to his clients by implementing a unique skill set acquired in the residential space and Division I athletics. Before joining TMG, Dylan worked in residential real estate. He started as an assistant for a top producing team at Berkshire Hathaway before becoming a full-time Realtor. While in the residential space, he transacted with first-time buyers, investors, and everyone in between. Dylan was raised in Denton, TX, and graduated from Baylor University in Waco. He comes from a long line of loan originators and credits his family for fostering his interest in real estate. Dylan was a defensive coaching assistant for the University of North Texas Football before entering real estate. In his free time, Dylan enjoys cooking, playing various musical instruments, and attending sporting events with friends and family.
